I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. They addressed my inquiries quickly. The room was clean. The location is very convenient. It is within a short walk to transportation options. I also appreciated the iron and ironing board in the room.

the room was modern, and it was very clean. the view from the 27th floor was amazing. the staff were really helpful, i noticed. they were cute too.

the hotel is located near penn station. it is approximately 5 minutes from the station. times square is also nearby, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

i noticed there were a few spots around the hotel where i could eat. the hotel does provide breakfast, but they only give you a coupon for a fruit salad. you also receive a pastry and a drink.

The location was really CONVENIENT, a short walk from Penn Station. I easily accessed various parts of the city. The staff helped with directions and suggestions for local eateries. The rooms were clean and well-kept.

The staff was very friendly. I got a cab to the airport through front desk, the service was very good. Security at the entrance felt safe.

A Few Issues, Otherwise Adequate
clean bathroom modern hotel
The location were good, pretty central for my plans. The room itself were clean and it had a neat bathroom. I liked that the hotel felt modern.
The room I booked were much smaller than I expect. The pictures online doesnt show this well.
